LEUNG Ho-man is a PhD candidate in Communication Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University, with an MPhil in Sociology and an Educational Diploma. As an interdisciplinary researcher, he specialises in health and risk communication, community development, and labour issues, with strong competency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. His present research focuses on: 1) mental health-related information behaviour; 2) health information processing and preventive behaviour; 3) labour precarity among young nonstandard workers; and 4) evidence-based vaccine promotion strategies. Beyond academia, Ho-man is committed to social impact, actively engaging in community initiatives and leveraging technology for the public good. He is developing “The AI Community Assistant”, an innovative chatbot designed to enhance community services through AI technology. Previously, he served as an elected member of the sixth Tuen Mun District Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where he addressed constituent concerns and facilitated community development programmes. 梁灝文現正為香港浸會大學傳播學哲學博士候選人。早年,則於修畢社會學哲學碩士和教育文憑。作為跨學科的研究者,其研究集中於健康與風險傳播、社區發展,以及勞工議題,並具備紮實的量化與質性研究方法能力。其當前研究聚焦於四大範疇:1)心理健康相關的資訊行為;2)健康資訊處理與預防行為;3)青年非標準僱員的勞動不穩定性;4)實證導向的疫苗推廣策略。 除了學術研究,梁氏致力實踐社會影響力,積極參與社區項目並運用科技促進公益。他正研發創新聊天機械人「The AI Community Assistant」,旨在透過人工智能技術提升社區服務效能。此前,他曾任香港特別行政區第六屆屯門區議會民選議員,任內處理市民訴求並推動社區發展計劃。
